Well, we learned something new today. Sometimes we have customers that purchase other customers or change their business name.
Did you know that the Account name that appears in the seeded right hand Welcome bin pulls from the Order Management>Customer Standard>Account Name field and not the Name field? If the administrative persons changes the Name and does not change the Account name to match - the Web user will end up seeing the wrong name on the Welcome bin (if the bin has not been customized).
This might create a negative impression of your Store.
